We used Jet Steam Carpet to have our carpet cleaned and dried in the basement. John was very professional, thorough, honest and on time. He went over and beyond the job. You can tell he was a kind of contractor that cared about the quality of his job. We couldn't recommend him enough! We will definitely use him again and recommend him!
