Carpet Cleaning near Riva picked by BestProsInTown
“We used Jet Steam Carpet to have our carpet cleaned and dried in the basement. John was very professional, thorough, honest and on time. He went over and beyond the job. You can tell he was a kind of contractor that cared about the quality of his job. We couldn't recommend him enough! We will definitely use him again and recommend him!”
“I received excellent customer service and outstanding service on short notice. I appreciated them fitting me in and my technician was touch notch.”
“We arrived home from work one day last December to find chimney soot and dust (silica) covering almost everything in our home from the basement to the 2nd floor after what was supposed to be 4-6 hours of routine service to reline our chimney. We were in shock and disbelief. We quickly recognized a professional remediation would be necessary to return our home to a livable and safe environment.
We contacted SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park on Saturday morning, left a message, and received a return call from the owner within 20 minutes. He listened carefully to our concerns and immediately provided reassurance and guidance, and recommended resources regarding a plan moving forward. Time was critical since my husband was preparing for surgery and a safe home environment was critical upon his return.
Eric with SERVPRO arrived at our home first thing on Monday morning. He went above and beyond by serving as our project manager for several months. In addition to coordinating SERVPRO's work, he managed multiple additional contractors. He also worked closely with the insurance company responsible for the claim.
Eric and the SERVPRO team executed a thoughtful remediation and exceeded our expectations. They were available after-hours and consistently exhibited a genuine commitment to see our remediation through to the end. Each SERVPRO team-member demonstrated respect for our time, home and belongings throughout the process.
We recommend SERVPRO Annapolis/Severna Park, without hesitation. They are experts in their field, honest with the highest integrity, and care about the communities they serve.”
