Our technician, Travon, called ahead of his arrival to review arrival details, reviewed all cleaning services before starting and was very respectful of our home. Before leaving we were instructed on how to treat any spots that may reappear, leaving a small amount of spot remover and deodorizer, and reviewed the company's warranty. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Follow up call from the company was appreciated as well. Would highly recommend.“
