Hippo Carpet Cleaning of Severn
“It's been about 5 or 6 years since our carpets were cleaned, and it was starting to look pretty bad. We found these guys online and booked them for a cleaning. Their tech was very nice and showed up on time. He did a great job explaining the different cleaning options and what to expect from each. We opted for the more intensive cleaning package, and I'm very pleased with the results. All the stains are gone, and the carpet feels and looks brand new again!”
Crain Rug Cleaners
“We’ve been using Crain Rug Cleaner for 20 years. They’ve cleaned and repaired many, many rugs for us.
Their epic save was several years ago. We bought 2 hand-tied wool Persian rugs through an online auction. At pickup we surprisingly discovered they both had aged cat urine stains. We took them to Crain Rugs immediately.
Andrew said he couldn’t promise anything, but about 2 months later we picked them up and you’d never know they were the same rugs. Colors were bright and vivid and no smell at all. Amazing!
More recently I’ve taken in 2 large antique wool rugs in for cleaning. They trimmed, repaired edges for a minor fee. Both rugs look better than ever!
We’ve always found Andrew to be professional, courteous and easy to work with.”
