“I want to leave a TEN STAR review for the staff at Hoot!!! My AC went out before the holiday weekend and my house was over 80 something degrees hot. They had to order an entire motor so I had to wait a few days. Well I called the Monday after the weekend and Rachel who answered the phone was the nicest lady omg she was a sweetie! She told me yes she spoke with our landlord and the part was ordered. The very next day (Today Tuesday) my tech Dillon came out and proof he had it installed and running in under an hour! This company knows how to offer FIRST CLASS services from the time they answer your call, to sending out the technician. First class all the way! THANK YOU I APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH!!!!“
