I had family coming from out of town for Labor Day weekend and they got the job done (engraving an existing stone) beforehand. The engraving was perfect! The salesman who worked with me was very polite, kind and respectful as well as professional. I worked with them in the process to make sure I did my part to assure a timely and good result.
