She may be good at some styles but natural hair is NOT her specialty. Oh and she is a bit pricey. The stylist is friendly.

Loved when she started my locs last year and the products she used but lately I've been very disappointed in her service and scheduling. I was able to schedule two appointments ahead of time and both were canceled by her in a text bad customer service

Terrible customer service! I had a 6:30PM appointment on a Friday evening. Received a text at 5:50PM that stylist was "running behind". I peeked into the suite at 6:30PM to ask when I should come back. I was told in 45 minutes or so! I left the suite and quickly lost interest. Texted that I'd like to cancel and I couldn't return that night. Instead of offering to reschedule, as delay was not my fault, I receive a text that I'm being charged a $65 same day cancellation.
