From start to finish Andrew Lord and his crew from Tidewater Construction were awesome!! We needed to have a detached garage built, Andrew came out and was very detailed in all the questions he asked. There were several things he asked about that we had not even thought of and his eye for design was a bonus (without him I fear we would have just ended up with a boring box garage). Aside from the high quality of work that was completed, the thing I admired the most was Andrew's communication! He answered all my questions, calls, and texts. Andrew was on site each time making sure things were being completed on time and with high standards. I will 100% be using Tidewater Construction on any future projects we may have.
Definitely the best plumbers around! We have had them do a couple things, big and small, at our house and couldn’t be happier with their work and they are great people to work with! They take pride in their work and really know what they are doing! My husband is a contractor and only recommends them to all his customers! They treat you like family and that’s the best people to work with in my opinion!
Had 4 ceiling fans and 2 smoke/ carbon monoxide detectors replaced , as well as a couple of outlets. Job was done efficiently, and I thought the cost was very reasonable!Services: General alarm installation
Our boy Bentley was long overdue for a nail trim and bath because he wouldn’t let anyone near his paws and our veterinary tech was weeks out for appointments. We live in Lewes, DE, but my husband works in Queenstown and we were able to get him in quickly. On National Dog Day, Bentley is a new “man”! He had his nails trimmed and with his bath, his coat is shining! Thank you for sprucing up our boy! We are happily going to drive the 3 hours round trip each month to keep up with the great care he received! ❤️
Had an emergency repair on well line and they were on site within a few hours. Very reasonable cost as well.
Andy and his crew have been doing my flower beds, mulching, redoing landscaping and also putting in drainage for me for quite some time. They are efficient and his workers are incredibly! I Highly recommend them!
Harold really helped me out when I was in a bind. Another company I went to told me that they couldn’t, or I guess wouldn’t, pair additional keys to my car for me. They also told me that it couldn’t be done for my Subaru Forester, that only one key could be paired to my car at a time. Well, Harold came down to my house personally, twenty minutes early too, to pair two keys to my car for about a fourth of what the dealership would have charged me. I know where I’ll be getting any additional keys for my car cut or paired.
Nick arrived earlier than expected and did a fantastic job troubleshooting before the repair. A 16 degree morning with no heat was resolved by lunchtime. We are very appreciative.

This was a fantastic experience. My HVAC unit wasn't working and I needed someone to come today. Joe showed up, immediately identified the issue and made the repair. He carefully explained each step he would take so I knew what had happened. He was friendly, respectful and certainly knew his stuff. Wouldn't hesitate to use Chesapeake Air again if needed. Where do I begin....Well, after contacting a few different pool builders to solicit bids and solicting feedback from some local companies that had some business interactions with Coastal Pools, I was not only most impressed with my first impression of Coastal Pools but the postive comments that i received from others folks that have done business with them. From the initial meet and greet, to discussing our vision, Coastal Pools seemed the most connected with what we wanted. They also seemed like they best understood the process, timing and other nuances.And there it began, we embarked on a new relationship that lasted from the fall through well into the spring. We were kept well apprised as to the schedule and the crews operated with the utmost efficiency. Between their online communication portal to staff being readily accessible, we felt we were in good hand every step of the way.I was shocked at how quickly they dug out the hole that was soon to be our pool. That efficiency followed every step of the way through delivery. Their project manager, Lee, was always available and very prompt at responding to soon to be newbie pool owner questions, even on the weekends. Everyone I came into contact was professional and seemed to be enjoying what they do, which says something about the employees and the company.We love our pool Coastal Pools and we appreciate the handholding and education along the way!

I actually didn't use them for a party, but my family and I are moving from NH to NC. We have a camper full of our stuff and we were broken down at the gas station next to their shop. After spending the night in our car because we couldn't get AAA to come, we saw them and went over to ask to borrow a jack. They instantly came to help up and helped get us out of there within 10 minutes. Today would have started out incredibly stressful if it weren't for their help. There are some really great people working there!!! Thank you so much!!!
