I continue to be impressed with the outstanding service from Tri-County Air. Our technicians, Cody and Chucky, arrived early and were professional from the moment they got here. Despite a minor delay caused by the tree removal company, they were able to get started promptly and worked diligently throughout the day to install our new HVAC system.

I am happy to say that our home is already cool and comfortable. Cody and Chucky were courteous, hardworking, and clearly committed to doing the job right. As always, Tri-County Air provided excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality HVAC service.

Marquis was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed a problem that another company had completely missed. Instead of assuming my HVAC system had failed, he found that my thermostat had been improperly configured, corrected the settings, thoroughly tested the system, and restored my A/C.

He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything. I also appreciated that he only recommended replacing my capacitor after testing showed it was nearing the end of its service life.

Excellent service from start to finish. I’ll definitely use Tri-County Aire again and highly recommend Marquis and the entire team.

Marquis was a pro. Showed up quick, diagnosed and repaired within minutes. Double checked all voltages, pressures, vent and return temps to check proper operation. Very professional and courteous.
