Our 5 year old has been taking classes for the last 7 months and he loves them. The lil dragons classes are perfect for little ones with a good mix of technique and games. He gets such a sense of accomplishment when he gets the next stripe/belt. We love the smaller class sizes. We appreciate the flexible schedule as well. They offer classes 4 days a week and you pick 2 to attend. You can attend more if you need to make up classes.

My family and I are very happy to have found Positive Impact Martial Arts and my daughter (11) and son (8) love going here. Anyone interested in comprehensive health improvement through various self-defense, personal development and fitness activities will find a welcoming environment here. Safe, fun and diligent training emphasizes the balancing of mind, body and spirit and doing martial arts in the right way. This is a solid organization geared toward participants of all ages.
