I was very pleased. The 2 coats that I had cleaned looked much better then before the cleaning. Actually they had the appearance of being brand new. You can't ask for a better price either.

When I took my clothes to Zips Cleaners I assumed they wouldn’t be ready for at least a couple of days, but to my surprise they said I could pick them up the very next day at 5 pm. Thanks Zips. I definitely will be coming back in the future.

Customer service sucks especially if you go in the morning.. No greeting and attitudes… Why are you working the cash register and taking orders if you can not speak, smile or be nice. Terrible!! Train your staff to be polite.
