Queen B was excellent. Our appointment was not till 10 days later, but I had seen a mouse in the basement and they came out that day and did my quarterly check up and the tech was amazing
Thomas came out to the property and did a great job. He was very thorough in every unit that he went to.

I've used Queen B for years. They always do a good job. They arrive when they say they will arrive. The techs are always polite and pleasant. They make an extra effort to address specific issues and give helpful information about prevention. When they have made errors in the past, they have always come back to fix them. They have never tried to sell me a service I didn't need. For exactly one year, I used a different pest control service (a large company with whom my house mates had a contract). They sold me an ancillary service that did not work and then tried to gaslight me. I switched back to Queen B and have never regretted it.
