After reading the positive reviews, we contacted 1st Aid to repair our dryer. We called 2 other companies we've used in the past and they couldn't fit us in for days. We took a chance on 1st Aid Appliance and we"re grateful. They sent Freddie out the same day (it was a Friday). We needed a new dryer coil. They ordered the part and called us promptly on Sunday to install on Monday. The tech arrived on time and installed the coil. Later that afternoon, our vent hose detached but they came back the same day (5pm) and attached a new O-ring so the hose wouldn't budge. It's been 2 weeks and all is well. We're so glad we used them. Quick, prompt service and affordable pricing!
This company is the real deal in quality honest service. If a repair is too costly and a replacement is less, they will tell you to save you from spending too much. They have Saturday hours which was great and they have extremely flexible availability. Rafael is pleasant and polite. He fixed my washer saving me from having to replace a dual washer dryer stacked unit. I priced it out and saved over $590.
I have used First Aid Appliance twice. Last year my Front Load washing machine stopped working I called and they came out the next day. Explained the issue in layman's terms, repaired and charged a very reasonable price. This year my front load dryer started making a noise I called First Aide Appliance and they arrived the next day. Fixed the noise and charged an excellent rate. Very professional and kind. I will definitely use this company for all my appliance servicing ... and Rafael is amazing very kind and was informative on the issues with my washer and dryer.
