Very pleasant and hard working man. He takes care fo your shoes like his own! I had a pair of nude Coach flats that kept getting rubbed on the nose tip, he ordered several different nude stains to perfectly match the color. More over, he also reinforced the heel of the flat so that the back would not sink in. Honestly, speechless with the craftsmanship!

Had a car key cut there .. had to go back several times for him to fix it and ended up buying another new key to have cut but not by them .. shoes tho are very nice and genuine.. I wouldn't use them to get a key made but shoes maybe
