Not only is Melissa an excellent yoga instructor, she is a warm and caring person. Melissa takes an interest in each of her students as she guides us through the poses. Her inspirational teachings go above and beyond the physical and addresses the spiritual.
I have been attending Breathe Free PT & Yoga for nearly 2 years. Each week, Melissa teaches new ways to relax and improve my mental and physical mindset. I highly recommend Breathe Free for anyone in need of some zen!
Melissa is an excellent yoga instructor. She modifies & individualizes the various poses in class so that all in class can comfortably participate in each session. What I truly love about Melissa are the inspirational teachings of yoga that go above & beyond yoga at its physical level. I always gain much from these teachings and always look forward to more learning.
