Anyone who is struggling with chronic, unresolved conditions NEEDS to give acupuncture a try. I began seeing Alina almost two years ago for persistent headaches. Since I began consistent treatment, I have not had ANY headaches (unless I go longer than recommended between treatments which is how I know it is working!). I went from taking ~1600mg of ibuprofen/day to none. In addition to treating my headaches, she is also able to treat acute conditions. I cannot recommend Dr. Betsis highly enough. She gets to know her patients individually and by doing so treats the whole person not just the ailment. She treated me for chronic knee pain connected to meniscus issues, and over the course of my treatment the pain lessened dramatically, and I gained greater flexibility. I plan on getting tune-ups if the pain flairs up again. I will seek out her wise and compassionate counsel if (when) I experience other ailments as I go along in life. She is all about helping people achieve and maintain good health.
