Christian and his team are amazing. We recently moved to Perryville into one of the condos at Owens Landing. Having Christian as our landlord. I cannot say enough great things about his personalized service. His team are so professional When they are doing work the quickness of their response to an issue is fantastic.The teamwork, efficiency of their work and quality of the work is pristine and neat. The team never leaves a mess and always cleans up.Definitely if you need construction call this team.

We had Christian and Miles out to fix a leaking chimney and install gutters/downspouts. I called Monday, and they were able to come earlier than expected and came to my house that Wednesday. They were friendly, awesome, and easy to work with. They were very efficient and left no mess in my yard. We were having ventilation issues in our attic and he offered to install gable vents that day. Took him no time at all. I would recommend Christian to anyone and will be using him in the future.Thank you so so much!!

Christian and his crew did a great job on our renovations for our house. We had some ceiling repairs, interior doors replaced, carpeting removed, LVP floors installed, replaced all of the baseboards, and painted most of the rooms in our house. Through the entire process they did all they could to ensure that we were comfortable living in the house through the entire process. They helped us move and store some of the bigger pieces of furniture while they worked in the different rooms.All of the workers treated my wife and me with respect.
