I highly recommend APM Group LLC for all of your construction needs. I was in a tough situation with a tenant who left my property destroyed. I ended up having two insurance claims approved and had my entire house re-done, all with the help and detailed execution by Project Manager, Humberto. He worked tirelessly with me and the insurance company, providing photos and quotes, detailing each necessary update to the penny. Updates were made to the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, water damaged basement, roof, deck, bedrooms, HVAC, electric and much more. We were very happy with the workmanship and the service from APM with our basement renovation. Humberto was great about making suggestions as the project progressed that really made a difference. In many ways the company went above and beyond fixing things that they didn’t need to because they cared about it and knew it would help with the aesthetics of the basement. The team working on the project were always pleasant and respectful of the mess that comes with renovations. I came across APM group online after needing help with repairs on a frozen pipe that burst and partially flooded my basement. I searched online for top rated contractors and read as many reviews as I could. I met with a few “other” contractors, but I was not impressed by their lack of professionalism and follow up/follow through. I also like things handled quickly but with care and high quality, and I felt those other contractors were not going to fit those requirements. However, I am so happy I went with Humberto and his team at APM, they were ALL (every single one of them) PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, UPFRONT and FRIENDLY.
