“Last year, I relocatd my 85 yr old Mother from OH to live with me and my husband in Pasadena MD. I decided to contact Home Instead to help with weekly care of my Mom. The entire Home Instead Team have been so kind, respectful and professional during the 4 months they've been working with my family. Employees that are part of the CarePro team are pleasant and well-trained. I would definitely recommend Home Instead to provide that much needed helping hand, to help keep the caretaker from becoming overwhelmed both physically and mentally. “Visiting Angels senior home care Annapolis was prompt and easy and helpful in putting me at ease as I searched for companion care for myself. I found their representatives to be knowledgeable and willing to work with my schedule as I would be coming home from the hospital and needing care while family was out of town. I ended up not using their services this time as it would have been short term, just less than a week and I was able to have a local friend fill in for me this time.

“I get my aids through VTM. My aids don’t all show up on time and I find myself feeling frustrated. Seems like the aids think their time is more valuable than mine. I find the staff that are in the office do care about my experience with VTM which makes me feel heard. Just know that you maybe a month without a helper.“

I am awaiting more information from her to finish the process, but I appreciated her level of care so far about the current issue. Thank you, Chloe. Once I spoke to people in the flesh, everyone in the office was nice and attentive.

Zero stars if possible. I was prescribed oxygen and cannot get anyone on the phone to deliver it. I've received 2 calls last week promising to deliver and then to set it up but no one ever showed up on the delivery dates. I've been calling several times and spent over an hour on the phone and I get ignored or transferred several times with no one willing to communicate and fix the issue to deliver my device.“
