The service was excellent - and accommodating as the equipment was delivered to my rehab facility.. The equipment is excellent also.I have signed two agreements and the website said that I was finished. However I keep receiving reminders to sign other agreements and i do not understand this. When I called I was told to ignore the emails, but they keep coming.

They were quick to deliver my pump while in the hospital. However, three days after getting it once I returned home the pump stopped working. I called to have a replacement pump delivered to my home and was told a pump would arrive within a 3 hour window. It is now 8 hours later and still no pump... I called to receive an updated ETA and was informed they didn't have one this was very disappointing because I had now missed two pumps and for mommies you know what happened next.

My Apria Healthcare experience was totally satisfactory. Great customer service and my delivery arrived in a timely fashion. The device consisted of a very minor assembly. Very simple to install. I'm already using it.Thank you for your professionalism, courtesy, and expertise.Much appreciated.
