It was a very good experience! I was very relaxed and pleasantly surprised at how easy Marquita made the class. I was very comfortable and didn't feel like i couldn't do any of the activities.
This was my first time trying hip hop yoga. It had great timeeeee. The yoga space was clean and comfortable. The instructor/owner was very nice. I will be back for another self-care experience.
