It was a very good experience! I was very relaxed and pleasantly surprised at how easy Marquita made the class. I was very comfortable and didn't feel like i couldn't do any of the activities.

This was my first time trying hip hop yoga. It had great timeeeee. The yoga space was clean and comfortable. The instructor/owner was very nice. I will be back for another self-care experience.

The owner of Social Fit Wellness, Marquita is awesome its not just that she's very knowledgeable but she's so passionate and understanding about her clients fitness journey. I would strongly recommend anyone interested in getting and staying healthy to get in touch with Marquita.
