My pedicure with Lucinda was amazing, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for her and the front desk staff. The issue was with the steam room which appears to be need service and the temperature was extremely hot, to the point it was suffocating. Also no towels to be found. Additionally, they closed at 4 which was not announced when I booked, otherwise I would have come earlier had I known. This was a disappointment and I am hoping they can improve the maintenance at the spa, because it would be amazing to experience a 5 star luxury experience that matches the prices✅
I recently started going to MGM’s spa and I love it. I get my nails done, mani and pedi. The only nail tech I have had and request everytime is Cece. She does an amazing job, attention to detail and has a keene eye for colors.
For me Im pretty indecisive. So I appreciate when Cece can suggests colors for me. And as a quieter person I like how she is comfortably in silence and if Im feeling more talkative she’ll carry great conversation. Cant recommend her or MGM Spa enough.

The small hot tub that was crowded and the sauna. Unfortunately, the weather prohibited the use of the outdoor pool. Which is why I purchased it. So I was extremely disappointed and see no value in buying a pass ever again. The shower wasn’t clean and had long hair all over the walls and floor. Which I didn’t see until I was already showering. Thank God I kept my shoes on as I was immediately grossed out.
To say the least, it is no where as...read full review
