Just did a spa day with one of my girlfriends. I normally go to MGM and am very glad I made the switch to try Gaylord. They are starting a new targeted list for locals, which is awesome. It is hard to get a spa day at many hotels in DC when you are local because most of the spots are reserved for hotel guests.
The staff was so great and hospitable. The rooms were really nice as was the sauna, steam room, and whirlpool.
Way better robes here too.
Trey and Debbie were incredibly helpful and accommodating, they truly made my time here so relaxing and enjoyable. Val worked absolute magic on every area that needed attention and the view of the river afterward was the perfect way to relax and wrap up the experience.
I had the most fabulous experience today. Celine is by far the best better than Monte Carlo Spa at the Hermitage Hotel. She tops that she has the best hands in the whole world. She is phenomenal in massaging in a nails and pedicures in philosophy of life. She is the most intelligent person I’ve ever met. She is intriguing. She is caring she’s loving. She takes you to the top of the mountain. My stress has been relieved, and I’ve had the best experience in my whole entire life.
