While I truly enjoyed my facial: I believe they should #1 be better staffed so when you show up 15 minutes early for an appointment, you don't get checked in until you check-in time because they are understaffed. I am sent to a locker ahead of the host and there is not robe in the locker, I go out and supposedly she is printing out my intake forms. A suggestion to them would be to have it electronic or at least be cognizant of the cost to their customers and ensure there is someone manning the desk at all times. I was assured that I would still get the 80 minute time I had booked because it was their fault I was late.However, this was not a true statement.

Gigi was my massage therapist when I visited Colorado for a celebratory work conference. I have been blessed in this life to experience many massages across the United States. I had an incredible experience with my calming massage. She had incredible energy and I found her to be so thoughtful and considerate, very in tune to what I needed. She even gave me advice on where to travel as I wanted to experience the mountains when I was in Colorado. I'm very thankful for my experience and for Gigi! When I visit again I will absolutely go see her!

My experience was awesome let's start with Debra, the manager of the spa, the customer service and care Debra gave to me was out of this world. I have never been treated so well at a spa. I use spa's all the time, but nothing could ever touch this service; from the beginning to the end of my visit. Debra is one of a kind, congrats to your organization for having her on board, especially at the front end. Now for Brianni, my esthetician remarkable, I will always use Brianni when I come back to the Spa. I live in New York City, So, I will be coming back to your organization again and again.
