I truly appreciated everyone during this difficult time in my life. The team is extremely responsive. Even when I didn’t think I would get a response they were quick and very accommodating. I also appreciate the care that they took, and the time to listen and even checking in on me after the funeral.
I can't express enough, the gratitude I have for the staff at Rausch. I have required their services twice, for my daughter and my mother. The care and support I received during and after the services was unparalleled. I appreciate Michael and the staff helping me through the entire planning and financing process. Noone wants to worry about planning services while you're grieving but Rausch made my difficult decisions less stressful. I feel they truly care for my loved ones and I would without a doubt choose them again. Thank you all at Rausch for your care, respect and support during our difficult times.
My brother passed away unexpectedly and we were out of town. Everyone at Rausch was very understanding, helpful and compassionate.
