The epitome of professionalism and patience. Working with AK Adjusters and Zenith was a truly inspiring experience. Having them on our side as adjusters was huge, in working patiently with the insurance company, going through all the steps that most homeowners don't know are available to them when going back and forth with the home insurance company, and in the end, after understanding this was a process, they were able to get us a brand new roof that was needed. Had my roof replaced in June after a hailstorm damaged it. The entire process ran smoothly and painlessly and they coordinated everything with my insurance company. Had my shingles upgraded to a 35 year architectural shingle. The installation itself went quickly and with a high degree of workmanship.
