Dr Daniel is an outstanding podiatrist with exceptional bedside manner. He treated my uncle with professionalism,compassion, and genuine concern. Arrived at 9:45 AM for a 10 AM appointment. I expect most doctors offices to be running a little bit behind, but after an hour of waiting with no updates on what was going on and people Who came in and checked in 15 2030 minutes after I did kept getting called back before me I left. It is unacceptable to make a patient. Wait for over an hour and not give them any form of updates.

First of all I am NOT in San Fransisco- This is a Maryland thing! What are you doing Yelp? Anyway, I don't have enough time or character spaces to write the entire review, but let's condense it. Dundalk office- Dr. Pizzarro is the best. and Dr Amed is good, but failed to examine my orthotics when they arrived, and they were worthless. They wanted me to complete a 3-page medical history form two-weeks after I just complete one merely because it was a new year! I refused. Poorly managed office, and I am still waiting for my deposit back from them. There is not way to reach Dr's Wiener and Daniels to feedback and constructive criticism. The phone service/reception is the worst! They have one person dedicated to answering the main phone prior to speaking with anyone at one of their many offices. If that person is busy, taking break, or not there, the only option is to leave a message! Running a business 101 is that you always have the phones answered and in a timely manner (if you want continued, or more business). Therefore, you cannot call the office directly (any of them). I just waited on hold (and being told that I am "first in line" in the Que...for 28 minutes???) so I stopped the call. Tried to call back to the main number and had to leave a message. Not doing it. I will keep wasting my time and wait until I can reach the one lady who answers the phones.

Dr. Daniel's is absolutely knowledgeable about the Foot..... Ghee, how does he remember all this??? I'm happy to give All Praises to GOD along with giving Dr. Daniel's those blessed hands.. Dr. Daniel, you ROCKKK !!!! 🙏🙏... Kuddos to your team ... now I can get back to traveling and hangin' out with my grandkids.... yahooo

DR. Daniels is a Totally Incompitant guy. He TOOK AWAY A YEAR OF MY LIFE! He had a nervous Breakdown. He had to take a Leave of Absense for many months. Many of his patients left his practice. He damaged a number of his Patients health. Others had bad things to say about him. He is a very nasty guy.

I had a surgical procedure 2 years ago with Dr. P. The procedure, I thought was a success, but not so much in the time afterwards. All locations use one person to answer calls but the phone is never answered. I tried for a week straight. No one will return your messages either. So, to correct the issue that I thought they fixed I had to find a new doctor. I would never recommend we treat feet based on my experiences and the awful patient service.

Had an appointment for an annual exam on 6/11/2024 with Dr. Marc Singer. He send in a request for a prescription to my local pharmacy. The pharmacy responded to me that they needed a pre-authorization for this medication and sent this information to We Treat Feet on 6/11. My insurance provider subsequently faxed a pre-authorization form to them on 6/13 and again today and even provided a key code. Both places confirmed the fax number. Still waiting- as of today (6/19) CVS/Caremark said they have not received the form yet. Left phone messages (they rarely actually answer their phones and never called me back) and subsequently even texted We Treat Feet. Still waiting...
