Went to take my son for a haircut before school, hours online say open at 10 AM on Sunday; pulled up at 10:45 AM and their business was closed.

Walked in and sat down, there was no greeting. Couple of Barbers were sitting down minding their own business. After a good 5 minutes of sitting down, I had to approach one of them and wonder if I need to make an appointment. The answer is No, but direct me to a different barber shop letting me know that my hair is a bit long and they probably can't work with it since the Barbers will be using clippers. No harm done, understand the situation. But definitely need to work on customer service upon arrival and acknowledgement. Those Small little things make a big difference.

Highly unprofessional! I visited this barbershop for a haircut that would have taken no more than 20 minutes. I walked in this place, was seated for approximately 25 minutes, but did not receive no basic customer service, such as “Hi, can I help you, do you have an appointment, or you are next for a cut.” One barber was attending to a client, but another guy was seated in a barber chair playing with a computer. I later discovered the guy seated in the barber chair was a barber too. A kid walks into the shop, jumps into this barber’s chair and is served by this barber who finally asks me, “Do you have an appointment.” WTH. I try hard to support black-owned businesses, but I will not tolerate poor customer service and rude business owners. I took my 35 dollars which included a $5 tip to an Asian barber that greeted me upon my entrance, charged only $15.00 for an excellent haircut and provided excellent customer service.I do understand businesses are operating in a limited business capacity with COVID-19 restrictions, but damn can a brother at least get a customer greeting??

It's hard to find a good barber/barbershop. Visions is very clean. Fats is professional and knowledgeable. My cut is on point every time. The other barbers are good as well.

I would never recommend ANYBODY go to this shop. I made an appointment for services with "Black". He texted me and canceled my appointment 30 minutes before our appointment time just because I asked him if he had an Instagram page. I called to see why he would cancel my appointment and pretty much he was insanely rude, ignorant, and disrespectful. Seemed to be "butt hurt" that we wanted to check out his work even though we were still going to come regardless if we saw his Instagram page or not. As a new client and a paying customer the treatment I received was unnecessary. He even hung up the phone on me twice when I was trying to gain an understanding as to why he was being so hostile to a female #1 and #2 to a new client. I never knew asking for someone's Instagram page would lead to a man disrespecting a woman. I would never spend a penny at this place and I would never refer anyone there if this is the behavior thats accepted.

I would not recommend going to this barbershop. The barber that gave me a haircut is not consistent.The first time I got a haircut he gave me a half decent line up but it was not crispy and the second time he gave me a crispy hairline but pushed my hairline back to the 5th century. I asked for a fade on both visits and I still had to tell him to take more hair of the sides. It's a fade for God sake !! On the positive the barbershop has a nice atmosphere but If wish to go to a barber that charges you $25 a cut for mediocre barbering then be my guest

Visions Barbershop is definitely one of the BEST barbershops in Baltimore County. They have a great crew that knows how to cut properly and they take the time to do it right. The leather seating and giant flatscreens are expected but the family atmosphere was a surprise. I travel a lot for work and I have gotten haircuts in NYC, Miami, LA and Houston and Brandon at Visions can be proud of his work. Nuff said.
