I have been coming to nail trix for years, karla is the best manicurist and pedicurist I have ever experienced. She is always on time, loving, caring and awesome tech. She is passionate about her work and clients, she is business oriented and waste no time in treating her clients with dignity. She fashions her work with confidence and enthusiasm to make sure her clients are satisfied with their service. I’m giving 3 stars because the nail tech did a good job on my nails overall. However, I felt uncomfortable during my appointment. Several other techs came and stood over the one working on me, speaking in their native language and laughing, which made me feel uneasy and a bit out of place. Also, the gel polish took a really long time to dry, which makes me question the quality—hopefully it lasts. The experience was okay, but I’m not sure if I’d return.

Every employee is very dedicated to their client and I am always satisfied! The staff members are skilled in creating unique and intricate nail designs, showcasing their creativity. Wonderful experience from the moment I entered. Great experience at Nail Trix today for some self-care! So sweet and do many different colors and options to choose from!
