A Truly Restorative Experience at Serendipity Salon!!!
I came to Serendipity Salon after dealing with serious damage from previous braid styles—tension, cheap products, and a balding spot I’m now nursing back to health. From the moment I sat in Toni’s chair, I knew I was in the right place.

She took her time explaining exactly what was going on with my hair and laid out a clear treatment plan to help rebuild and restore it. Her knowledge is unmatched, and the way she communicates is so kind, thoughtful, and easy to understand. I’ve been coming to Serendipity Salon for about a year now. My relaxed hair has been so much healthier since coming to Ms. Toni. Before coming here, I knew I had to cut quite a few inches off my hair. I was nervous about how it would look short, but Ms. Toni was able to cut it into a cute layered bob. The services are quick and efficient but you don’t feel rushed. This beautiful and welcoming salon is great for those looking for someone to expertly care about your hair health.

Toni has been absolutely amazing with my hair growth journey! I’ve seen such a difference since working with her. She is not only talented but also incredibly educational—she takes the time to teach me about the right products to use and how to properly care for my hair between appointments. I truly appreciate how knowledgeable and patient she is. Her salon is also very welcoming and has such a comfortable, positive atmosphere. I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of.
