Been coming to Tonsorium for almost 1 year and have never had an issue. As a female coming to a barbershop, the fellas go out their way to make me feel comfortable. And my son haircut is always on point! They’ll have a forever customer in us.

Probably the most overrated shop in baltimore. The guy 2nd from last on the right side of the shop is most likely the worst barber there. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR HAIR.

Booked a last minute haircut here with my boys on a Friday afternoon- they were busy but were willing to accommodate us. We were in Maryland for a lacrosse tournament and just randomly picked this place- but I’m so glad we did! The place was VERY clean, the barbers were all so friendly and they took a ton of pride in their work. Both my boys asked for a summer buzz cut and their hair was long to start. The guys (Djabari and Clash) did an EXCELLENT job and made the experience so fun for all of us! Highly recommend this barber shop!

One of the things I’ve noticed at The Tonsorium in Owings Mills is that as a new customer, you don’t really feel appreciated or welcomed. There’s this unspoken ‘I’ll get to you when I get to you’ vibe, like your time doesn’t matter unless you’re already part of the inner circle. As a paying customer, especially one supporting Black businesses, I expect acknowledgment and professionalism. A simple ‘Hey, thanks for coming, we’ll be with you shortly’ goes a long way. Respecting new customers builds loyalty and keeps people coming back. I hope they tighten that up, because the quality of the cuts shouldn’t be undermined by weak customer service, it ducks cause my career I work as a nfl liaison for players and would have recommended if it had good service . Just treat people like they matter you never know who will walk in the door

ZERO STARS Very poor. 3/5/25 @ 10:23am this place is closed though it says it's open on line. No hrs of operation on the door or open/closed sign. No one is answering and the voicemail is not set up. What kind of business is this? I was looking to set up an appointment for my boyfriend birthday and can see or speak to anyone.

My son had a 2PM appointment with Glen yesterday. He was on time. There were 2 people ahead of him no telling how long he had to wait. So he sat with another barber. This person did not provide the service my son wanted he didn't listen. Cut all of my sons hair off. Everyone time and request should be respected. Very poor service.
