Great place astetically, staff is friendly and professional. Definetly need to improve on wait times. Everytime I visit there is a long wait for my daughter to be seen. Once called there is not enough time spent cleaning in my opinion. Not certain if the scheduling templates need to be reviewed but the wait time is a huge dissatisfier. The patient's time is as equally valuable as the provider.

Hi, customers after couple of appointments we had been done as new customer today we discovered how this bad or unprofessional stuff members that worked in this dentist office they look like coming from hood or I don't know they talking nasty with no respect and shouting at our kids for no reason its was really bad experience in this dentist office and the thing that surprised us when we talked to them to respect us as customer they didn't care and kept talking nasty and no dentist came out to check on their customers and why their stuff members that are bad obviously why they talking nasty to the customers instead they should be very kind to the patients as... read full review

First, I was confused with their clinic name. I was excited to sign in for my kids because they have The Kids Dentist on the building signage, it's actually The Kind Dentists as written on their billing statement sent to us. Second, they won't return your calls after 2x attempts left a message on their voicemail. Their website says they're Open but when I went to their clinic just to pay my bill personally, it's locked, closed and not even a notice on their door. This is located in Owings Mill, the clinic have ample of play area for kids, it's nice since we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment time, my son had fun but we spent almost an hour... read full review
