My pet peeve is for someone not to acknowledge when they make a mistake/mess up. I called the shop to speak with Dan to ask her what happened when she cut my son‘s hair, she proceeded to make excuses for the haircut that she gave my son. I have attached copy of the picture that my son showed her when he walked in the door and showed her a picture of how to cut his hair using that picture.
I have been to the shop on three different occasions, this is his third hairstylist. I’ve asked I’m; Please do not cut the top of his hair because I’m trying to let it go because he has started to bold My son saw the stylist Dawn. Look at what she considered to be a fade as in the picture he provided. Please look at his side burns and how she chopped up the fade.
This is unacceptable and I can’t believe that she looked at his head and advised him that she was finished.
She was upset with me when I called to speak with her about the cut that she had provided to my son., And she was upset with me. Please look at the pictures of his head versus the picture he showed her to cut his hair. This guy is faded completely. It’s a fade. That’s what a fade is cold. Please tell me what did she do that resembled that picture at all and look how she chopped up his fade on the other side of his head ridiculous.
And she was upset with me. Don’t forget to check out the sideburns one side cut up and the other ones still have Hair look at the fade where it’s chopped up on one side and in the back, no fade at all.
