Came in today to grab some food for my puppy. The store is set up in a weird way so it wasn't easy to find the puppy food. They have a nice selection of adult dog food but limited on the large bred puppy stuff. However the brand I wanted was in stock. I grabbed a collar and some raw hide as well. The cashier was really nice so 5 stars for customer servicstar

New management and new employees are awful. Eddie is still there, he is wonderful. But everyone else is rude and very uninformative about their own products. The store is always covered in random spots of dried and wet dog pee, I've seen poop too. They never have the dog or cat food I used to get there all the time. Beware...

So a few days ago I got a hamster with my mom from here. I found a cute white hamster and took him home. The lady getting the hamster for me was very nice and very polite and the man at the checkout was very clear on how to take care of the hamster. My hamster loves the toys and food I got for him. The hamster is also very healthy and doesn't buy. I would recommend getting any pet supplies or pets from this place.
