    Our experience working with the IT and Applied Epic consulting teams (especially Jenny) has been excellent. From a consulting perspective, they have been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Whenever questions or issues arise, their team is quick to provide clear guidance and solutions.

    One of the biggest benefits has been having a reliable go-to resource for both IT and Applied Epic. Their expertise helps ensure that we stay current with system updates, new releases, and best practices.     Lance at Kite Technology Group was incredibly helpful with my email access on my new phone!! He was patient and successful!! We had a rough time, but he did not give up and tried different processes. SUCCESS!!! He was very polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to!! Many Thanks!!!

    I'm back with another review! Heads up, I am not being paid for my review. I give honest feedback each and every time. I recently had a ticket open that I didn't remember because the last time I remembered, KiteTech helped me with each ticket I reached out to them about. They contacted me a couple of days ago to make sure I still needed help and it was such a refreshing experience. I ended up telling them to close the ticket and if I need help again I will be in touch. I also must add, if there is a situation with SoftPro that requires a SoftPro tech, they are nice enough to call them for you. THAT is top notch customer service!
