When our hot water heater broke in our basement, I quickly reached out to the team at Impeccable Water Damage Restoration. I spoke directly to Yahsef, and he was able to come out the same evening. He and Gabriel were able to quickly asses the damage and start a weighted water extraction. They left a dehumidifier and were back out the following day at 10:00am.
After an additional assessment, they were able to find that both the baseboard and the drywall were not damaged, so both were able to be saved. Impeccable Restoration gets things done! They are thorough with their work and are all about communicating with the customer, step by step, throughout the whole process. I would recommend to anyone who wants the job done, and done correctly ??.
We had a flooded basement and kitchen happen because of a sink overflow. Yahsef responded super promptly and was professional, kind, and competent throughout the entire process, including navigating insurance. We ended up having to be in the hospital for most of his work for the birth of our son, and Yahsef was very communicative and responsive. I’d recommend him to anyone!
