I had Rockell as my barber and she is awesome! She is knowledgeable when it comes to hair care and treatment and knows what to use when it comes to hair growth. She makes me feel comfortable and welcomed and I will definitely be back!

I paid $60 for a fade, she gave me a lumpy buzz cut. If she can’t do a fade, don’t claim you can/ don’t give me the option to get a fade from someone who doesn’t know how to. She also over used the spray bottle and had the water pooling on the barber bib they put over you. Didn’t feel like a $60 hair cut (with tip). OK also they have new store hours, I made an appointment at 10 AM Sunday, the sign literally said it was open. Me and another guy were waiting in the freezing cold 20 minutes for no one to open the store. This location & the lady I had yesterday were awful.

Brought my father here for a hair cut. My dad is not much of a complainer and he said it was the worst haircut he has had in his life. Possibly they were understaffed? There was hair still on the floor from the previous haircut, the woman that cut my fathers hair seemed like she had never cut a man’s hair and gave a bread trim before…. My dad loves coming to Floyd’s but will certainly not return to this location. Also the hair cut and bread trim was over $50…. All to get his hair cut at a place with someone else’s hair still on the floor….

I had a haircut with the manager of this location. Throughout the cut, she failed to give any type of fade, missed clumps of long hairs (1-2 inches longer than the buzz which I did not request), failed to correctly use her clippers and practically buzzed me instead of leaving 3/4 inch like I had asked. Ontop of all of this, she was incredibly rude and short with me throughout the whole haircut. Incredibly disappointed experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.Services: Haircut

Not my favorite. I had an appointment at 1:30 but didn't even get in the chair until 2:10. They were missing a stylist so it's ok, but I had other things to do and with an appointment, I assumed I'd be able to get in and out much faster.Since I haven't been here before, I had a few photos queued on my phone of the style that I wanted. Once I was in the chair, the stylist ignored all of my explanations and just kept cutting me off with "What number do you want"I have dense hair and she just went at it with a 4 guard and no water so it pinched, tangled, and pulled quite a bit. As expected, the end result was not what I was envisioning at all and she put product in it without asking or warning.Marty is back at Reisterstown Plaza so I won't have to go here anymore thank goodness.It was $30 + tax and tip (totalling $40) for a quick, short cut that wasn't even in the style I wanted ???
