I had a wonderful experience at Down to Earth Designs! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the owner, Esther. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and punctual. Esther took the time to sit down with me right away and really talk through my hair—my texture, type, what it needs, and what it doesn’t. She also asked about my hair history, which made me feel like she truly cared about giving me the best possible service.

As I’m writing this, I’m sitting under the dryer enjoying a relaxing massage—it’s been such a pampering experience so far. I already feel like I’m in great hands, and I’m excited to see the final results....read full review
