BRIAN, was very professional. He was quite honest. He explained to me in great details what was wrong with my system. He provided me with several options regarding the remedy. I did not perceive any deception or dishonesty with his explanations. He very clear and simple. We need more people like him on earth.

We just switched from Blue Dot, which we had for years and thought was okayish. First impression with Cool Breeze was good. Bryan actually arrived slightly ahead of schedule. He did the work quickly, efficiently and successfully. He answered all our questions. We opted for the annual plan which is $50 cheaper than the Blue Dot plan. So we'll see but so far so good..
