Jose Machado came out, assessed the damage, and turned around an estimate to the insurance company expeditiously. He was professional, explained everything, and was very nice. The Rainbow crew (Geovany, Gerson, and Alex) kept to their scheduled start date and worked full days the entire week to restore my finished basement. On the final day of repairs, Rainbow brought in another great crew (Elder, Andrea, and Jess) to finish my plumbing and clean the entire basement. Every crew member was thoughtful, wonderful to work with, and knew their stuff. Best of all, my basement looks fantastic and I now have a restoration company I can rely on!
