The salon appears clean at first glance, but beware. I witnessed very unsanitary practices. The nail tech removed the drain stopper from another client’s dirty pedicure water and placed it directly into my bowl without washing it. When I stopped her, she insisted it had been “cleaned,” but it clearly had not.

At that point, I cancelled my appointment. I’ve patronized this business several times, but now I feel completely disgusted—how many other times has this happened without my knowledge? Sanitation should be the top priority in any salon, and this was unacceptable.

The staff are quick but never rush the quality. Nails came out exactly as I wanted.They always have new colors to try. I love switching things up every visit.
