“I saw Dr. Cole at the Rockville location. The office is about an hour and half from where I live. She is highly rated so I selected her as the dermatologist to perform a full body examination for skin cancer.

I was a bit nervous because I have never done this before. After the visit, I was very happy with the results and the service.

It did not take long to fill out the application and to be seen. I arrived there 43 minutes early because I knew-- as a new patient--I would have to fill out an application.

Dr. Cole examined my body thoroughly. I like that she talks to me during examination--asking questions and explaining things to me.

The they explain what will happen during your specific treatment and what followups you should have to continue your journey to clear, clean, younger looking skin. If you are undecided about what you can or should do and/or where to go, you will not be disappointed making an appointment for a consultation.“

A cheery upbeat response is not necessarily the right answer to a particularly serious issue that is troubling a patient, and could be perceived as minimizing the patient's feelings about the issue. I think Dr Lin should dial up the gravitas and dial back the perkiness a bit as she is otherwise a lovely person and competent doctor“
