The Olney Banfield Pet Hospital provided outstanding service for our 2 cats. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. We were greeted in a friendly and professional manner by the front desk staff. Our veterinarian, Dr. Baker, took all the time we needed to understand our pets' conditions and answer our questions. I was really impressed with the Olney Banfield Pet Hospital's service and professionalism!

Hospital is ok but the front desk girl that works Saturdays there needs some customer service skills. Also, if you pay a monthly plan, you will hope to get your pet checked out if he seems in pain right away versus “sorry we don’t have anything available and you have to wait a week”

Ollie and I absolutely love Banfield in Olney! They are always professional and so helpful. As a first time dog mom I know I am a little extra and they are always so welcoming to get my boy in when I have a concern and they answer all questions without judgement. Dr. Moore is very professional as well and knowledgeable, also answers questions without judgement. Ollies last nurse, Laura, was also super helpful and welcoming. The client service coordinators are also very nice and helpful. Every time someone asks me about vet I inform them of this location as it is truly a gem.
