Town & Country Animal Clinic, located in Olney, MD, has been providing high-quality veterinary care for cats and dogs for many years and is known as the oldest animal hospital in Montgomery County. The clinic offers a range of services including wellness exams, vaccines, and surgery.
Clients of the clinic have praised the excellent care and service provided by the staff. One client, who recently had to make the difficult decision to put down their 14-year-old Wheaten Terrier, spoke highly of the caring and competent receptionist who was able to schedule an appointment for them despite being fully booked. They also appreciated the time and attention given by the veterinarian who spoke with them and helped them make the decision.
The clinic's responsiveness and attentiveness have also been noted by clients. One client mentioned how the staff would call in the evening to check on their dog and provide advice. The clinic's attention to detail was credited with allowing their dog to receive emergency care in time for an acute case of CKD, preventing unthinkable consequences.
Overall, clients have had a positive experience with the clinic, praising the staff's friendliness and the obvious care they have for the animals they treat.
We’ve seen both doctors several times. Dr Wendauer and Dr McAdams are professional and very responsive to our questions and concerns. The vet techs are very good, especially Lorin whom I try to ask for when scheduling nail trimmings. Not just me but my nervous little dog is comfortable with them too. The front desk is very welcoming, knowledgeable and they are always ready with a smile.
Dr. McAdams and Dr. Wendauer are carrying on the tradition of wonderful care for animals and their families that Dr. Walker and Dr. Moran started years ago. The vet techs and front office staff are very capable and caring people.
My pets have always received the best possible care from Town and Country. The staff are friendly, helpful, and competent, while the veterinary doctors are outstanding - thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate.
