Marge and I (John) have been members of Pure Family Fitness on Glen Ave in Salisbury since they opened. This facility is fabulous! We were members of the predecessor Powerhouse Gym for many years before that. The new site has every kind of equipment you could want. There are racquetball and basketball courts and a large boxing and MMA area. Also numerous rooms for special classes ( spin, yoga, pilates, etc.). The staff are friendly and helpful. There are over 50 classes weekly that you can attend for no extra charge. However if you wish extra individual attention you can hire any of the numerous trainers on the staff. The West OC Pure Fitness facility is always very clean. The staff is friendly, inviting, and helpful! I enjoy the layout of the equipment and option to add classes. The childcare staff is always very warm and welcoming, too. Our family appreciates the security and cleanliness of the childcare center!
Decent gym, gets the job done...but this thing where gyms play music loud when literally every person has headphones on 24/7 is getting rediculous. Its so pointlessly loud like an Abercrombie. Just turn it off or down .not everyone wants to listen to music for Christ sake..
