Great People, Nice open facility, Awesome coaching. I was visiting Ocean City and decided to do a drop-in class. Easy signup online, Liz was super friendly when I first got there and worked on understanding my level of CrossFit experience (4 months). Had a great class, met some cool people (at the gym and later at a coffee shop). Very encouraging and supportive group. Will definitely be back when in the area and if I lived around Ocean city - this is the type of CrossFit box I would want to be a member at.

Moving to the area, so dropped-in for a class to start checking CrossFit options. My first location, so can't compare to others. Nice clean space with friendly coaches and Athletes. Enjoyed the traditional CrossFit approach of circling up for introductions and highs from the weekend. Programming is reminiscent of CrossFit main site. Nice balance of experience levels, so newcomers should feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. Overall great experience, would highly recommend for newcomer to drop-ins.

Great place if you’re beginning or continuing your Crossfit journey! Liz and Patrick are very welcoming and coach Kasey knows exactly what a Crossfit coach needs to do! Definitely worth the investment in your health!
