OC FIT Gym is a great alternative to Orangetheory, offering a variety of quality equipment including treadmills, a row machine, and weights. The gym is particularly appreciated by both tourists and locals, featuring a friendly staff, including the helpful Brett at the front desk. Although somewhat small and crowded in the weight area, it provides a good amount of cardio equipment and heavy dumbbells, going up to 150lbs. The layout makes the most of the space, fitting in many options without feeling cluttered. It has a great area for powerlifting and Crossfit workouts, including squat racks, Hammer Strength machines, and various benches. OC FIT Gym has successfully navigated the challenges of the pandemic and continues to serve its community well, making it a solid choice for a workout destination.
Been coming to OCMD for years and always relied on the gym in the condo with broken equipment. Finally said enough and gave OC Fit gym a try and bought the 5 day pass. The gym is clean and has everything that I need to get my workouts done. The staff / owner were great to deal with. There were no wait times to get on equipment. Being able to get my workouts completed on vacation this time made it all the more better of a vacation. Thanks OC Fit gym!
An absolutely fabulous gym. It has something for everyone. For hardcore lifters to casual lifters alike. Will be crowded in the summer as it is a Beach Gym. High energy with great music!
I don’t normally write reviews but I really enjoyed OC Fit Gym. The gym was very clean. There was a was a great variety of equipment and machines. Brett at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Would recommend this gym if you are visiting or if you live here.
