Cameron looked inside the attic and on the roof and recommended repairs that were the most likely issue and explained how the vents had not been appropriately sealed initially from the builder’s roofer . What complicated the installation was that we were not there but three hours away in PA. The manager of our project , Jack, was beyond expectations. He started communicating the day before in preparation for readiness. On the installation day he sent me a link depicting each step in the process via a contractor Cam - I’m still recovering from that one. We also communicated via text regarding any questions that arose as the project continued. Upon completion we communicated regarding any final discussions.
