Our roof was damaged in Winter Storm Hernando on February 22nd. Branches breached our roof and came through the ceiling of our home in several places. Our insurance company attempted to give us a little over 4,000 dollars to patch the roof which we considered a completely unacceptable offer. We found an excellent contractor, Brendan Richardson, at CR3 in Ocean Pines Md. He wrote a beautifully written proposal we forwarded to our insurer in response to their offer. It resulted in our insurer agreeing to a full roof replacement and interior repairs. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
