Dropped in while on vacation. Awesome place to train. The owners are very welcoming and great guys. They have a ton of talent there. If I lived here, it would be my go to gym 💯

Awesome experience here, once you come and grind for a couple of weeks you become part of the family. Tuesdays and Thursdays are ideal for which it’s an hour of boxing then straight into ju jit su then into a circuit workout that’ll get you feeling right in the morning.

Amazing place to learn how to defend yourself for real. These guys practice real life situations and how to use techniques from Maui Thai, judo, and jujitsu. Kevin is an awesome teacher and will not let you leave without having at least the basic knowledge of how to defend your self. It’s a process but once you get pass the beginning and find your style, it’s just building yourself from there. this place makes me so happy, may have even saved my life and I don’t just mean by defending my self. Its a family at this gym.
