Excellent group of folks from the Professors on down! I've dropped in a couple times now and fully enjoyed the classes and welcoming environment! Both times I took home different details I had never seen before! If you're in the area...you won't be disappointed! Special thanks to Professor Mike and, ofcourse, my beautiful wife for finding this place!!

Coach Mike is great, and fantastic w kids. Takes adults/kids from all skill levels and takes the time to ensure they’re enjoying it and learning as much as they can. My son is a little timid, and shy in new environments. Mike really Gives him the attention he needs to bring him out of his shell and ensure he’s having a blast and learning at the same time. 10/10 recommend.

I love this place. Mike is extremely down to earth, professional and passionate. Very detailed and does an amazing job explaining and making things make sense. I love Ryan longs class also. These guys are truly dedicated to your growth and development. Regardless of youre total beginner or experienced fighter they can accommodate all skill levels. Great culture family environment. Can’t recommend enough.
