Mike is fantastic -- we called around and got bids from 2 other reputable HVAC contractors for a new unit -- to replace the 22 year old version -- and Potomac HVAC was by FAR the best price. Got a top of the line Bryant for less than a mid to low tier elsewhere based on Mike's recommendation. Unit is SUUUUPER quiet, had it 6 months and it works perfect. Anytime I have a question I text Mike and he gets back to me very quickly -- great service! Highly recommended.
Our HVAC system failed right after a recent heat wave. Mike came out promptly to assess the system and immediately identified problems with a previous installation that caused the premature failure. A different company I had servicing the unit never mentioned these issues, even though they had not installed the system.
Mike got the system up and running again but unfortunately it failed soon after, and we decided it was better to replace the system. He then quickly responded with a fair price to replace the entire system and correct the problems. He recommended good quality equipment and optional upgrades, and provided a comparison of the options.

Outstanding service from Mike at Potomac HVAC. We had an AC unit that stopped working. Within an hour or so of contacting him, he was at our house, diagnosed the problem, and had the AC running again, all at a fair price. Will be contacting Potomac HVAC for all my future needs. Thanks!
